Annual Preview 2026
Parents for Children, Part 1
Annual resolutions
Every year there is a great deal of dispute and Talking. Most annual resolutions seem to be forgotten in a few weeks anyway.
I have always had good resolutions for the New Year, including this year. Many years ago, when I was still at school, I started to write my resolutions down neatly.
Originally, I wanted to see what was left of my good intentions, or how long they lasted before I broke them and lied to myself.
Over the years, however, my annual resolutions have become a certain orientation for decades. I turned this from a trivial Larifari into a to-do list and Against the self-indulgence list.
I sketched out plans beyond everyday routine to tear myself by the belt. Meanwhile, the list is prominently fixed at eye level in my workplace, so as not to allow any excuses and evasions. My small list of annual resolutions became so much more of an incontrovertible to-do list.
My list of good year resolutions had always helped motivate me when I wanted to do anything other than fulfill my proclaimed tasks.
On 31 December, I checked the individual points that I was already able to fulfill last year, which will soon end, and I was annoyed by those points that had still remained open.
Self-flagellation Some say. Self-optimization says the others.

Annual Preview 2026
The older I got, the more annual resolutions I could keep. So I also hope that this year I will be able to keep my intentions and implement all my plans.
One of my new old Projects ‘Parents for children' has unfortunately become urgently needed.
On the Holy Three Kings - Day I am with "Parents for children“ Online gone.
Social media | In the end, social media has made me a project.Parents for children", as was unfortunately already foreseeable years ago (see contributions): Anti-Social Media | Anti-Social Media Part 1 and Anti-Social Media | Anti-Social Media Part 2).
I wonder where it will take me, perhaps all of us?
With this in mind, I wish you all a Happy New Year 2026!

Parents for children
Shortly before Christmas 2025, I had several conversations with School managers in Vienna.
I was told that you would like more commitment, actually a loud outcry from the medical societies in particular the neurological society and neurologists in Austria,
- around the Excessive cell phone use, uncontrollable social media use and Problematic online behavior Stop it at last.
- against a Mobile phone ban and Social media ban until 18. Birthday There is nothing wrong with that.
- that above all the doctors can and should create awareness, as only this would enable clear rules...
Well then,
As a specialist in neurology, I would like to introduce (m) a new project "parents for children" which is intended to create awareness and invite all interested parties.

The uncontrolled behaviour, the neglect of duties and real social contacts in many aspects resembles one. Search.
Who would allow children cigarettes or alcohol and say that they should learn how to handle it?
That children and adolescents today smoked only 10 cigarettes or drank 4 eight-seven wine?

P.S. I myself am very technical and computer affinity and certainly more experienced than so many digital natives (can be extended). I don't want to miss the achievement of technology.
On the contrary, in our youth, I see the future for which it is worth fighting.
P.P.S. this post can be formatted much better in the webblog fahmy.blog than on Whatsapp.
